We’re looking for a Senior Software Developer to join Cavtera’s growing development team.
As a Senior Software Developer, you’ll be a technical leader within an engagement team, responsible for the architecture and delivery of complex digital solutions on Palantir Foundry. You’ll balance high-level system design with hands-on development, client-facing technical leadership, and mentorship of other developers.
We’re looking for someone with approximately 5-8 years of professional software development experience who is comfortable taking technical ownership of complex engagements. You’ll help set the technical direction of the team, make architecture decisions, work directly with client stakeholders and executives, and ensure the solutions we build are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous operational problems, designing systems rather than just individual features, and helping other developers become stronger engineers.
$120,000 – $150,000 CAD
Compensation is commensurate with experience. The final offer will be determined based on the candidate’s specific skills, technical proficiency, and relevant industry experience.
